Current Clients:

To enable online booking, please reach out to us by text, phone, email, or through our website. When you contact us, please include your full name, phone number, and current email address. We’ll then send you an email with a secure link to set up your Jane account.

Once your account is activated, you’ll be able to book, view, and cancel appointments online. You’ll also have access to our Waitlist feature. If you’re unable to find an appointment and are in acute need (but do not require medical attention), please contact the clinic directly so we can do our best to assist you.

Instructions

1. Set Up Your Profile

Click the link we provided in your welcome email to create your Jane account.

You’ll be asked to enter:

  • Your username or email address

  • A password

  • Your phone number

Once completed, your profile will be active and ready for booking.

2. Log In to Your Jane Account

Continue in your profile. In the future, return to the booking link and sign in using the email and password you just created.

You can save this link to your contact for VHC, make a bookmark, or create a custom iPhone icon on your Home Screen (see FAQs)

4. Book an Appointment

Once logged in:

  1. Select the practitioner you want to see.

  2. Choose the treatment type or service.

  3. Pick an available date and time.

  4. Click Book.

5. How to Join the Waitlist

If you don’t see an appointment time that works for you:

  1. Click on the practitioner or service you’d like.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the schedule and select “Add to Waitlist.”

  3. Choose the days and times that would work best for you.

  4. You can add notes.

  5. Submit your request.

If a spot opens that matches your preferences, we will contact you directly.

If you are in acute need (not requiring medical attention), please contact us directly.

6. Manage Your Appointments Anytime

Your Jane profile allows you to:

  • View upcoming and past appointments

  • Reschedule or cancel (following our 48‑hour cancellation policy)

  • Update your contact information

  • Complete any required forms

FAQs

How do I create a Custom Icon for my VHC profile on my iPhone?

Open Safari on your iPhone.

  1. Go to the website you want to save (https://vitalhealthcenter.janeapp.com/).

  2. Tap the Share button (the square with the arrow).

  3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.

  4. Edit the name.

  5. Tap Add in the top‑right.

You’ll now see a new icon on your Home Screen that opens directly to that website.

I have not received a Welcome Email with a link, but I was told it was sent.
